The Millennium Club at Grand Junction High School recognizes students who completed work-based learning through volunteering in our community.  Students must complete 100 hours of service learning plus additional hours corresponding to their graduation year. For example, a student graduating in the Class of 2024 must complete 100 + 24 hours of service learning.

Members of the Millennium Club are honored at graduation with a special cord. To receive this recognition, you must turn in verification of your hours and your reflection essay by April 26, 2024

Reflection paper guidelines:

This paper is intended to make you reflect upon your experience. It should express how your service to our community has impacted you. We don't want to know what you did so much as how your service has shown you the ways you matter to the community. The paper will not be graded for grammar, etc., but we do expect an honest and thoughtful reflection on your experience.

Please submit the Service Learning Verification Form to the main office and submit the reflection paper to your counselor.
